Playhouse

Playhouse investigates microgeographies of domestic spaces.  The play spaces we inhabit as children are often where behaviors and gender roles are mimicked.  They are how we seek and construct places of refuge.  In childhood, the domestic IS the world.  This work recalls these places through fragile and fragmented memories.  Our bodies, our inherited trauma and the fragility of our minds is present in this exploration.
